Colorado Periodic Report: deadline, fees, and what happens if you miss it
When it's due
Every year during a five-month window: from two months before to two months after the entity's anniversary month.
What it costs
$10 — among the cheapest in the country.
If you miss it
The entity is marked 'Noncompliant,' then 'Delinquent' with an added fee — delinquent entities lose good standing and eventually the statutory right to their name.
Worth knowing
Colorado doesn't expose standing through automated registry checks, so the five-month window is easy to sleep through — StandingChecker can track it for you.
