Plain English, because that's how we'd want it explained to us.
What we collect
When you run a check: the company name and state you searched, and the result. If you give us your email, we store it so we can send you the report and filing-deadline reminders. We also count clicks on outbound links and use Cloudflare Web Analytics for privacy-preserving traffic stats (no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no ad profiles).
What we do with it
Send you what you asked for, keep the product working, and understand which pages help people. That's it.
What we never do
We never sell your data. We never share your email with anyone. We never run third-party ad trackers.
Referral links
Some "get help" links on this site are referral links — if you buy a service through them, the provider pays us a commission at no cost to you. It's how the free checker stays free. It never changes what we recommend.
