Arizona Annual Report (corporations only): deadline, fees, and what happens if you miss it
When it's due
Corporations file an annual report on their anniversary date. Arizona LLCs file no annual report at all — one of the few states where LLCs have no recurring state filing.
What it costs
$45 for corporations; $0 for LLCs (no filing exists).
If you miss it
Late corporations face penalties and eventual administrative dissolution. LLCs have nothing to miss at the state level — but foreign qualification and tax obligations still apply.
Worth knowing
Arizona standing is readable by StandingChecker. Note: corporations answer to the Arizona Corporation Commission, not the Secretary of State.
